OUR YOUTH NEED YOUR HELP!

Making It To the Finish Line, a 501 c3, non-profit organization needs your help!

As a result of the current economic status, which has resulted in an unprecedented number of jobs lost, severe cuts to school budgets and programs, severe cuts to city budgets and programs, as well as fewer resources in terms of available grant funding, the programs and services that we provide to our youth here in the City of Detroit are in jeopardy. We do not want our children to suffer as a result of what we, as adults in both the private and public sector, have caused.  Without these much needed afterschool and summer programs, we will lose our children to the streets.  We don't want this to happen and we hope you don't either. 

To that end, MITTFL is conducting a $1.00 fundraiser e-mail-a-thon.  Our goal is to reach 100,000 people who will give $1.00 each (more if you desire) to fund our youth programs some of which include our Young & Elegant Cotillion Boot Camp; 2010 Summer Jamboree Program; Turning Hobbies Into Profit; and scholarships for our graduating seniors.  With a domino effect, this goal can be reached.  If all of our friends, forward this message to all of their friends, and so on; and so on; and so on.  You get the picture.  We know we can do this with your help.  Aren't our kids worth it?  To make your donation of $1.00 click on the donations tab and follow the instructions to make your donation.  We know you have a jar of change sitting around the house for just a cause like this.  Pull it out and give our kids the help they so deserve.
